To familiarize yourself with how we handle the delivery of your signs, please take a moment to review our shipping policy outlined below.
For retail products, our standard shipping procedures apply. However, for larger orders, we tailor our approach based on the quantity and specific requirements of each order to ensure precision and efficiency.

  1. Shipping Methods
    Choose from three convenient shipping methods: Free Shipping, Expedited Shipping, and Express Shipping.

    Free Shipping: Handling time is 3-4 business days and transit time is 7-10 business days.
    Expedited Shipping ($30): Handling time is 3-4 business days and transit time is 6-8 business days.
    Express Shipping ($70): Handling time is 3-4 business days and transit time is 4-6 business days.
  2. Cancellation Policy:
    You may cancel your order within the first 24 hours post-purchase without incurring any charges. However, cancellation requests beyond this timeframe will be subject to a 30% fee due to the item entering the production phase.
  3. Order Processing:
    Orders placed after 7 p.m. EST will be processed on the subsequent business day.


Frequently asked shipping questions

  1. How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
    Due to our made-to-order production process, please allow 3-4 business days for processing. Depending on the product type, additional days may be required. However, 95% of our orders are completed within 3 business days.
  2. What is the delivery time frame for neon signs?
    We recommend that you allow 10-14 working days for delivery from the date of order, although it may arrive sooner. Every product, whether custom or bespoke, is made to order, so waiting times are long. For more information, refer to our Shipping Policy.
  3. Can I track my order?
    Absolute! We will email you the tracking number once your item has shipped. Please note that it may take up to 5 days to receive the email. If not received, please contact us before initiating any Chargeback.
  4. My tracking number is not working.
    Tracking numbers usually take 2-3 days to appear in the courier’s system. If it still doesn’t work after four business days, contact us at [email protected]
  5. I have not received a shipping notice.
    If you don’t receive a delivery confirmation email, check your spam folder. If it’s not there, email us at [email protected] with your shipping details.
  6. My package was marked as delivered but I never received it.
    If it is marked as delivered but not yet received, check around your residence and with neighbors. If still missing, contact your local post office, then contact us.
  7. Which carriers are used for shipping?
    We ship via USPS, DHL or OSM, chosen based on the recipient’s address to improve delivery speed and save costs.
  8. Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses?
    Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses however due to strict regulations when delivering to APO/FPO/DPO addresses shipping times will be slower 2-5 business days
  9. I ordered many items but only received one item. Where is my order?
    Items may be shipped separately for faster delivery, so rest assured, you’ll be receiving your next product soon. If interested, contact us at [email protected]
  10. Shipping multiple orders
    Separate orders cannot be combined. Because when combining, we cannot be sure that the transportation will be safe. Sorry for these inconveniences.
  11. Shipping to multiple locations
    Unfortunately, we are unable to split orders between multiple delivery addresses.
  12. Change of address
    Address changes cannot be made after the order is processed.
  13. I’ve been charged import fees/taxes, what should I do?
    Customs charges and tariffs may apply depending on the country of origin, size, weight and/or value of your order. All duties, taxes and customs fees are your responsibility.
